Pictronic AG, located in Lenzburg, was founded in September 2000. Emerging from COS Distribution AG’s former repair service and Werder+Werder AG’s repair service for Hitachi products, Pictronic AG currently employs six people in customer and repair service.

Pictronic offers: repairs, on-site exchange, sale of spare parts, and technical information on HITACHI, HYUNDAI, SAMSUNG, LG, SCHAUB LORENZ, ITT, SKYMASTER, SCHWAIGER and MARANTZ products.

Pictronic offers specialised service on the following products:
CRT and TFT computer monitors, Video monitors, video cameras, video printers, VCRs, DVD/HD Recorder, projectors, SAT-Receiver, LCD- and Plasma-TV appliances and all products related to image technology.

Pictronic delivers to clients a professional, prompt, high quality repair service down to the level of components. Our technicians have many years of professional experience and product expertise. Technical information is provided in three national languages: German, French, and Italian.

Thanks to Pictronic’s up to date work stations and extensive in-house spare parts stock containing over 100 000 articles, we can guarantee speedy repairs. Together with our logistics partners we offer inexpensive service solutions in all areas.
